Instead of editing each post or page, you can select all posts or pages related to the same categories and edit them all at once. And let’s see how to do so

After login into your WordPress website, click all posts or pages For example, if you navigate to the posts, checkmark the “Posts” under “Bulk Actions” to edit all the posts that appear on the screen. Or select the posts that are related to the same categories. Upon selection, click “Bulk Actions” to expand its options and select “Edit” Now click “Apply” which is towards the left of the “Edit”. Now you can delete the unnecessary selections under “Bulk Edit”. Now choose the category, and primary belongs to all the posts. You can also change the author, template, comments, status, pings, and sticky. If you want to keep the existing settings, keep “-No Change-“ Lastly, click “Update”.
