In this article, you are going learn how to disable or change a sign-in PIN or Password in Windows 11, 10, 8.1 and 7. → Click the Start button ( Windows logo ) to navigate to the start menu → Then select Settings  → On the left-hand side, select Accounts and then select Sign-in options → Select PIN (Windows Hello) and click Change PIN to open a windows security popup → On the Windows security popup, type the current PIN to confirm that you are an account user → Now enter the new PIN and again enter the same PIN to confirm → Lastly, click OK.

2. How to Remove Sign-in PIN

→ After following the 2 steps as explained above, do the following → On the left-hand side, select Accounts → And then select Your info → Under account settings, click Sign in with a local account instead → Now click Next on the popup window → In the PIN box, enter the current PIN number, → Or select your Microsoft account under More choices → Now type your current Password to automatically navigate to another window → Click more choices to expand it → Then select your Microsoft Account → Now enter your password → Lastly, click OK to confirm. → Now to create your local account, enter your name → Enter a New password, and again enter the same password to confirm it → Then enter the password hint → And then click Next → Lastly, click Sign out and finish to switch to your local account. After following the 6 steps of How to Change Sign-in PIN, do the following: → Click PIN (Windows Hello) to expand its options → Now click remove, and again click remove → Then verify your account password → Lastly, click OK

Then select Settings Click Accounts on the left-hand side of the screen Then select Sign-options Under Additional Settings, disable the first option as well as set Never Now select PIN (Windows Hello) to expand its options To delete the PIN, click Remove, And again click Remove to launch a windows security popup On the Windows security popup, To verify your Microsoft account password, enter the password in the password box Then click OK Again follow the 4 steps from the beginning as explained above Then select PIN (Windows Hello) to expand its options And click Remove Again click Remove Now your PIN will be removed successfully. Click the Start button ( Windows logo ) to navigate to the start menu Then select Settings  Select Accounts in a list of settings Select Sign-in options on the left-hand side In the middle of the screen, click Windows Hello PIN to expand its options If you want to change the Windows Hello PIN, enter the current PIN, And then also enter New PIN and again enter the same PIN to confirm it Lastly, click OK.

Remove Sign-in PIN:

After following the 6 steps as explained above, do the following to change the Windows Hello PIN. Under the Windows Hello PIN, click Remove, and again click Remove Now verify your Microsoft account password Lastly, click OK.
