On your iPhone, open the Voice Memos app.
You can either record a new voice clip or use the ones that you previously recorded.
Here, tap the voice that you want to set as a ringtone on your device to expand it.
Tap the three-dots-in-a-circle button at the top right corner of the recording to open the context menu for it.
Swipe up the context menu to reveal more options and tap the Save to Files option.
Select the location/ folder in your iCloud Drive in which you want to save your voice memo and tap the Save button. After you save it, you will be able to access the recording within the Files app on your iPhone. Now, that you have exported your selected voice memo to the Files app, it is time to use GarageBand and convert the voice recording into a ringtone for your iPhone.
So, close the Voice Memo app and open the GarageBand app on your iPhone.
Choose an instrument from the GarageBand carousel to start the process. The instrument that you choose is irrelevant to this method, so, you can choose any instrument from the selection page.
