Convert Text to Enhanced Metafile to Rotate or Flip

Before changing the text direction, must do the following:

Type and select the text that you want to rotate or flipThen press “Ctrl + X” or click “Cut” on the “Home” tab in the “Clipboard group“Click the drop-down arrow of the “Paste” and then select “Paste Special”

On the “Paste Special” dialogue box, select “Picture (enhanced metafile)Then click “OK”.

Now make sure the meta text is in the selection or select it (for Picture Tools “Picture Format” tab)On the Picture Tools “Picture Format” tab, in the “Size” group, click “Crop“Now reduce the rectangle size around the meta text and convert it to text size. Then press Enter

To move text freely in the document, make sure the text selection is, then select any position in the “Arrange” group on the “Picture Format” tab

And then click the meta text to select itNow you can rotate or flip the text in any direction you want using the direction symbol above the meta text.
